Schwinn, GT, IZIP, & Mongoose electric scooter twist grip throttle from Currie Technologies. Compatible with all Currie scooters and choppers factory equipped with the non-diagnostic throttle controller. Not compatible with 6-pin or 5-pin diagnostic twist grip throttles from Currie Technologies. Please note that this throttle does not come with the original 3-pin connector. You will need to splice these wires to your scooter’s three throttle wires, see wiring instructions below.“3-Pin” refers to the number of pins in the connector end that inserts into the controller.

  • Red to Red (4.5 – 6.0 Volts Power)
  • Black to Black (Ground)
  • Green or Blue to Green or Blue (Speed Signal)
  • Yellow to Yellow (Optional Battery Level Indicator)
